I provide individual or couples therapy for those who are struggling with distress, overwhelm, and feeling stuck. Who want go deep in relationships and build a life worth living. The support I offer will help you to feel better connected to yourself and others.

Here’s the process for getting started with therapy:

Initial Consult

  • This is our chance to confirm it’s a good fit!

  • We’ll talk briefly just to get acquainted & address questions you may have about working with me.

15 mins |  free

Regular Sessions

  • weekly, alternate week, or sporadic sessions as previously agreed

  • we keep meeting until your issue has been addressed or you have the tools and knowledge to maintain or manage in an ongoing way. In acute situations this may only take a few months, though 6 months to a year is more common and plenty of people find the benefit in therapy for years.

50 mins |  $150  

80 mins |  $225  

Intake/First Appointment

  • I gather your personal history, goals, and reason that you’re pursuing therapy

  • If you’re pursuing reimbursement from your insurance we’ll do an assessment and diagnosis as necessary by insurance companies

  • I schedule this for 2 hours, but it could take as little as 90 min 

  • We’ll discuss your preference and the appropriateness of 

    • 60min vs 90min sessions

    • the cadence of sessions (e.g. meeting weekly, alternate week, sporadic.) 

    • certain therapeutic styles 

60-90 mins |  $300
